When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email once your order ships, typically within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

My tracking number isn't showing updates. What should I do?

It can take 24–48 hours for carrier systems to update after a label is created. If there are no updates after 5 business days, please contact us.

How do I know which carrier shipped my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will include both your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.

Can I change my delivery address after the order ships?

Unfortunately we cannot change the address once an order has been shipped. Please double-check your address at checkout.
